We design and supply high-performance e-bike components built for reliability and long-term use. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection

Ordering incompatible parts

Changes in personal circumstances
Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, compatibility, and order details prior to checkout.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Any product that has been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist with changes. Requests may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
We provide warranty coverage strictly for verified manufacturing defects.
Warranty periods:

Batteries — 12 months

Motors — 12 months

Conversion kit components — 6 months
To be eligible for warranty:

Installation must be completed correctly and safely

Proof of installation (invoice, receipt, or supporting evidence) may be required

The product must not have been modified or altered
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification is not covered.
INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
Our products are intended for custom e-bike builds and may require technical knowledge to install.
By purchasing, you accept responsibility for:

Ensuring correct configuration and compatibility
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician or experienced mechanic.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

Wiring errors or voltage mismatch

Modified connectors or cut wiring

Exposure to water, moisture, or environmental damage

Overheating, short circuits, or electrical misuse

Product tampering, disassembly, or unauthorised repair

Use of incompatible components

Physical damage, crashes, or impact
Failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines will void warranty eligibility.
FAULT CLAIMS
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault:

Contact us within 48 hours of identifying the issue

Provide your order number and a clear description

Include photo or video evidence

Provide proof of installation if requested
Once reviewed, we will advise the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or further assessment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a fault is confirmed.
PROCESSING
Approved warranty claims are typically processed within 10 business days.
Delays may occur due to supplier timelines, shipping carriers, or external factors outside our control.
