ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are prepared prior to dispatch.

  • Batteries & Conversion Kits: 5–10 business days

  • Accessories: 1–3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on demand and product availability.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery

  • Estimated arrival: 2–4 weeks

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated arrival: 40–70 days

  • Accessories (Australia): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, courier operations, and external factors.


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to packaging requirements or transport restrictions.

Items sent in separate shipments may arrive at different times.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • External disruptions outside our control


DELIVERY ISSUES
